The library is a treasure house of knowledge. A well-stocked library is an asset to the college. IIE is proud of its library. The total area of the library is approx 457 sq. feet. with separated reading and lending sections. It contains more than 15000 volumes of books covering over 3000 titles. It also contains more than 30 numbers of printed magazines, national & international journals and newsletters from different organizations.
It is subscribed to J-GATE (Electronic Gateway to Global E-Journal Literature) and DELNET which provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online. Here digital library is also available. Apart from textbooks, it is equipped with a large number of books, magazines, national and international journals and newsletters from different organizations.
Also, it subscribes to J-Gate an electronic gateway to global e-journal literature .J-Gate provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online offered by more than 5000 Publishers. It presently has a massive database of journal literature, indexed from more than 14500 e-journals with the link to full text at publishers sites. The library is fully automated. An online search of the library is provided by the KOHA software and this facility can be accessed from anywhere in the campus. These apart, a well conversant librarian and a staff work dedicatedly to help the readers.
