Ideal Institute of Engineering (IIE) is an integral part of the IDEAL SCIENCE & RESEARCH WELFARE HUB. The institute offers five key Engineering undergraduate degree programs. Currently, there are 56 academic faculty leading the programs, all on tenure track. Ideal Institute of Engineering was established in 2010 and celebrated 10 years in 2020.

Industrial and systems engineers create quantitative models and techniques and use the increasingly rich and diverse sources of data that are available today while recognizing uncertainties about the future to improve the design and operation of complex systems in industry and society. The expertise of our outstanding faculty reflects the importance of and need for both pushing the frontiers of fundamental methodologies and technologies and making a concrete societal impact by contributing to the solution of some of the grand challenges facing the world today. The expertise of our faculty range from operations research and statistics to analytics, supply chain management, decision-making in healthcare, manufacturing, energy and sustainability, and finance. Industrial and systems engineering is a highly interdisciplinary field, and we emphasize the importance of joining forces with experts in other fields as well as in business, government, and not-for-profit organizations.

Ideal Institute of Engineering’s programs provide a rigorous and comprehensive education that prepares our graduates for today’s important challenges, but also provides them with the fundamental background that will enable them to address new issues that will arise in the future. Ideal Institute of Engineering graduates have risen to great heights and become true leaders in their field and beyond.
