The students / staffs of Ideal Institute of Engineering (IIE) having genuine grievance relating to any kind of grievance should fill up the Grievance Redressal Form and then it will be handed over to Chairman – Disciplinary Committee of the college. Upon receipt of the complaints with a genuine grievance and judging its merit, the Chairman – Disciplinary Committee may call on the student / staff for redressal of the same. This will develop a responsive attitude among all the students / staff and maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.

Chairman – Disciplinary Committee then convene a meeting of “Grievance Redressal Cell” to consider the complaint & will act according to the decision of the cell. In case of dissatisfaction, the matter may be referred to Chairman Trustee/BOG.
